High-Pressure Boiler Oxygen Scavenger REOKO 531
REOKO 531 is a concentrated organic oxime liquid treatment agent, which is used to chemically remove oxygen from the feedwater, boiler water and condensate in evaporation systems. In addition, it can passivate the surfaces of iron and copper, making them more resistant to corrosion. The advantages of organic oxime oxygen scavenging corrosion inhibitor include: passivating metal surfaces by forming magnetite and cuprous oxide films; minimizing iron and copper deposits by reducing the conversion of these metals into more soluble ferrous and cuprous ions; providing corrosion protection for the downstream sections of the boiler system.

Introduction
I. Product Features
REOKO 531 is a concentrated organic oxime liquid treatment agent, which is used to chemically remove oxygen from the feedwater, boiler water and condensate in evaporation systems. In addition, it can passivate the surfaces of iron and copper, making them more resistant to corrosion. Appearance: Colorless or pale yellow clear liquid
pH Value (1% aqueous solution): 7.0
Specific Gravity (25℃): 0.92
Freezing Point: -20℃
III. Product Application
The undiluted solution or solution with a concentration below 10% of REOKO 531 oxygen scavenging corrosion inhibitor should be continuously dosed into the deaerator tank, condensate system, or directly into the boiler. The selection of dosing points shall be determined based on the specific conditions of each system.
The dosing concentration of REOKO 531 oxygen scavenger is controlled by testing the feedwater, condensate and/or boiler water. The recommended concentration to be maintained in the feedwater varies depending on specific operating conditions such as operating pressure.

We recommend you request this document from our company or local agents as needed at any time, and thoroughly read and familiarize yourself with all safety precautions for product use before application.
IV. Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 1000kg IBC totes or customized packaging according to customer requirements. It should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions, and transported as general goods.
