Third-party Operation and Maintenance

Through nearly 20 years of operation and maintenance practice in the field of water treatment engineering, Dalian Renatur has cultivated a professional operation and maintenance team with rich practical experience, and accumulated a complete "operation and maintenance service system", from customer return visit system to on-site service process, and operation and maintenance team training system, etc., every detail reflects Yutian's service tenet of "focus on professionalism, creating moving".
In recent years, the operation and maintenance service team has continued to innovate, based on the company's "intelligent operation and maintenance service platform", the service response has been upgraded from "24H rapid response" to "remote real-time response". At the same time, the company's services have gradually moved from "experience-based" to "intelligent".
Dalian Renatur has always adhered to the concept of "continuous improvement and customer satisfaction", insisting on the normalization of service team capacity building, normalization of service system optimization, and normalization of service effect return visit assessment, providing customers with professional, efficient and satisfactory "butler service".

Core Advantages of Third-party Operation and Maintenance Services

1

Professional Quarantee

The operation and maintenance team has professional knowledge of RO system design, operation, fault diagnosis and membrane technology, reducing human operation errors.
Familiar with the characteristics of membrane elements of different brands (such as Dow, Hydranautics, Toray, etc.), optimizing cleaning and maintenance schemes.

2

Cost Optimization

Avoid the salary and training costs of self-built teams, pay as you go (such as annual contracts, per-service charges, etc.).
Reduce production losses and repair costs caused by sudden failures through preventive maintenance.

3

Compliance and Environmental Protection

Ensure that the system complies with local water quality discharge standards (such as COD, TP, etc.), avoiding environmental protection penalties.
Standard treatment of chemical cleaning waste liquid and discarded membrane elements in accordance with environmental protection regulations.

4

Data Monitoring

Using Renatur's intelligent operation and maintenance service platform and reverse osmosis intelligent data acquisition instrument to monitor water production, desalination rate, pressure, conductivity and other parameters in real time, and warn of abnormalities in advance.
Provide visualized reports to help users analyze energy consumption, water quality trends and operation and maintenance costs.

5

Risk Transfer

The operation and maintenance party assumes the responsibility for equipment performance, and the response time and fault repair period are agreed upon through the service agreement.

Third-party Operation and Maintenance Service Content

Daily Maintenance

Regular inspection: Check pumps, valves, instruments, and pipeline sealing, and calibrate sensors.
Pretreatment maintenance: Replace filter cartridges, backwash multimedia filters, regenerate softening resin, etc.
Membrane system maintenance: Chemical cleaning (acid washing/alkali washing), offline cleaning or membrane element replacement.

Emergency Fault Handling

Quickly respond to problems such as membrane fouling, decreased water production, high-pressure pump abnormalities, and electrical control system failures.
Provide spare parts replacement (such as sealing rings, membrane shells, pressure vessels).

Consumables Management

Scientifically plan the replacement cycle of filter cartridges, scale inhibitors, reducing agents, and membrane elements based on water quality and operating data.
Provide original or compatible consumables to balance cost and performance.

Performance Optimization

Adjust parameters such as recovery rate, operating pressure, and pH value to improve water production efficiency.
Suggest system upgrades (such as adding inter-stage booster pumps and energy recovery devices) to reduce energy consumption.

Water Quality Testing and Reporting

Regularly sample and test the water quality of produced water/concentrated water (such as SDI, TOC, microorganisms) to ensure compliance.
Provide an annual operation summary report, including fault records, maintenance costs, and energy efficiency analysis.
