Wastewater Reuse Membrane Scale Inhibitor RENATUR 335
RENATUR 335 is a biomass-based macro-molecular branched polymer, free of nitrogen and phosphorus, and biochemically degradable. RENATUR 335 has excellent water quality stability and compatibility, which can maintain stable operation of RO system with serious deterioration of inlet water quality, and has good compatibility with the residual PAC and PFS in the inlet water. It is particularly recommended for the RO system of reclaimed water reuse.

Introduction
I.Product Applications
RENATUR 335 is a biomass-based macro-molecular branched polymer, free of nitrogen and phosphorus, and biochemically degradable. RENATUR 335 has excellent water quality stability and compatibility, which can maintain stable operation of RO system with serious deterioration of inlet water quality, and has good compatibility with the residual PAC and PFS in the inlet water. It is particularly recommended for the RO system of reclaimed water reuse.
II.Scope of Applications
1.Recommended for most wastewater reuse and wastewater zero discharge systems.
2.Effectively controls the scaling of carbonate, sulfate, phosphate and other inorganic salts.
3.The applicable PH value is in the range of 6-11, and the applicable temperature is 0-45 ℃.
4.The calcium carbonate chelate dispersant value can reach 240-250mg calcium carbonate per gram of dry basis scale inhibitor.
5.Very effective against non-polymeric iron and aluminum pollution, with a limit value of iron and aluminum on the concentrated water side of up to 2.0 ppm.
6.Can be well compatible with PAC and PFS leaked in the RO inlet water.
7.Has a good scale-inhibiting and dispersing effect on silicon scale, with no scaling risk when the SiO₂ content on the concentrated water side is within 150 ppm.
8.Can prevent reverse osmosis organic pollution to a certain extent, especially hydrophobic organic pollution.

PH Value: Original fluid, 1.0-3.0
Active Ingredient Content: ≥ 42.0%
IV.Product Usage
RENATUR 335 is a concentrated liquid, and the usual dosage is 0.2 - 0.5 ppm. Before using the product, the water quality before the membrane needs to be analyzed, and the RENATUR dosing calculation software should be used for simulation to determine the precise dosage. Do not blindly add or use excessive amounts to ensure the best effect and economy.
V.Packaging and Storage
RENATUR 335 is factory-packed in IBC ton barrels or according to customer requirements, and is transported as non-hazardous general goods. Please store it sealed in a ventilated, light-shielded, and room temperature environment. The shelf life is 24 months.
