Conventional Membrane Scale Inhibitor RENATUR 332
RENATUR 332 is a biomass-based hyper-branched polymer, free of nitrogen and phosphorus, and biochemically degradable. Suitable for conventional water quality RO systems, it can prevent the fouling of inorganic salt scales from carbonate, sulfate and phosphate. Introduction
I.Product Applications
RENATUR 332 is a biomass-based hyper-branched polymer, free of nitrogen and phosphorus, and biochemically degradable. Suitable for conventional water quality RO systems, it can prevent the fouling of inorganic salt scales from carbonate, sulfate and phosphate. It is suitable for RO systems with such water quality before the membrane as surface water, groundwater, and brackish water.
II.Scope of Applications
1.Recommended for desalination systems using surface water, groundwater, and brackish water, capable of meeting more than 98% of conventional water quality standards.
2.Effectively controls the scaling of carbonate, sulfate, phosphate and other inorganic salts.
3.The applicable PH value is in the range of 6-11, and the applicable temperature is 0-45 ℃.
4.Exhibits extremely high chelation and dispersion capacity for calcium carbonate, with a chelation and dispersion value ranging from 410 to 420 mg of calcium carbonate per gram of dry basis scale inhibitor .
5.Very effective against non-polymeric iron and aluminum pollution, with a limit value of iron and aluminum on the concentrated water side of up to 0.6ppm.
6.Has a good scale-inhibiting and dispersing effect on silicon scale, with no scaling risk when the SiO₂ content on the concentrated water side is within 100 ppm.
7.Can prevent reverse osmosis organic pollution to a certain extent and can adapt to slightly higher COD water quality before the membrane.

Active Ingredient Content: ≥ 42.0%
IV.Product Usage
RENATUR 332 is a concentrated liquid, and the dosage is usually 0.2-0.5ppm. Before using the product, the water quality before the membrane needs to be analyzed, and the RENATUR dosing calculation software should be used for simulation to determine the precise dosage. Do not blindly add or use excessive amounts to ensure the best effect and economy.
V.Packaging and Storage
RENATUR 332 is factory-packed in IBC ton barrels or according to customer requirements, and is transported as non-hazardous general goods. Please store it sealed in a ventilated, light-shielded, and room temperature environment. The shelf life is 24 months.
