Introduction
I. Product Description
RENATUR 510 boiler water scale inhibitor is mainly applicable to systems requiring phosphate for pH adjustment. As a liquid product, it is easier to dose and offers better controllability than dry powdered phosphates.
Typical solid phosphates produce a sodium-to-phosphate (Na:PO₄) molar ratio of 2:1 and/or 3:1 upon dissolution, while RENATUR 510 boiler water treatment agent yields a sodium-to-phosphate ratio that falls between these two values. Thus, it enables more precise control of the critical ratio in boiler water, which not only ensures favorable chemical properties of the boiler water but also reduces the corrosive effect of free alkalinity.
RENATUR 510 boiler water treatment agent also contains heat-stable polymers. This synthetic polymer blend minimizes the likelihood of scale formation and helps disperse particulate matter and iron deposits, thereby maintaining its excellent performance efficiency over a wide range of operating pressures.

III. Product Application
The undiluted solution or solution with a concentration below 10% of RENATUR 510 scale inhibitor should be continuously dosed into the deaerator, condensate recovery lines, or directly into the boiler drum. The selected dosing points shall be determined based on specific operating conditions.
The dosing rate of RENATUR 510 is controlled by testing the feedwater, condensate and/or boiler water. The recommended concentration to be maintained in the feedwater varies depending on specific operating conditions such as operating pressure.

We recommend you request this document from our company or local agents as needed at any time, and thoroughly read and familiarize yourself with all safety precautions for product use before application.
IV. Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 1000kg IBC totes or customized packaging according to customer requirements. It should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions, and transported as general goods.
