Introduction
RO-12 type The offline membrane cleaning machine is a reverse osmosis membrane offline cleaning machine, a quick-disconnect membrane cleaning machine, or a reverse osmosis membrane cleaning machine, used for offline cleaning of RO membranes. Proper use can extend the membrane's lifespan and reduce production costs. The RO-12 type can achieve offline cleaning of 12 eight-inch membranes simultaneously 。
Reverse osmosis membrane fouling is a major factor affecting the operating efficiency and lifespan of reverse osmosis systems. The service life of RO membrane elements is around 2-3 years, with a change in water desalination rate of no more than 5%. Online cleaning lacks focus on different membrane locations. Large system membrane shell containers usually do not contain only one membrane element; therefore, online cleaning of these membrane elements cannot meet the requirements for high-flow cleaning circulating water and single-unit detection data support, leading to incomplete or unsatisfactory cleaning, rework, and other issues.
Our company, through repeated design improvements and innovation by our technical personnel, has developed offline cleaning equipment specifically for various brands of RO reverse osmosis membranes. This equipment is easy to operate, stable, reliable, and durable. It fully meets the requirements for single-unit RO membrane data support and detection, as well as the required cleaning circulating water volume. This represents a new concept of different data from single RO membranes before and after offline cleaning.
Prerequisites for RO membrane offline cleaning:
1. Water production decreases by 10-15% under standardized conditions;
2. The system pressure difference between feed water and concentrate water increases to 1.5 times the initial value;
3. The quality of the produced water deteriorates significantly;
If the above situations occur, online system rinsing cannot restore the performance of the reverse osmosis membrane. In this case, offline chemical cleaning is required.
4. The frequency of chemical cleaning and the timing of chemical cleaning can refer to the above standards. Even without any anomalies, to better ensure normal system operation, it is generally recommended to perform chemical cleaning once every 6 months.
5. Regularly cleaning the RO membrane can effectively improve the system's water production and extend the membrane's lifespan.
