The Smart Reverse Osmosis Data Acquisition Instrument (SIRO) is an industrial data acquisition gateway independently developed by our company based on more than 20 years of membrane system service experience. It is designed for online monitoring, data acquisition, analysis, and publishing of reverse osmosis operations. Its main workflow involves receiving, storing, performing edge computing, distributed storage, and remote transmission of reverse osmosis equipment data through various physical interfaces such as RS232/RS485 serial ports and RJ45 network ports, and industrial communication protocols such as MODBUS\CC-LINK\S7. The data acquisition instrument can transmit the collected data via wireless networks, wired networks, and 4G, and provides historical data storage and query functions for subsequent retrieval.

Its main workflow involves receiving, storing, performing edge computing, distributed storage, and remote transmission of data from reverse osmosis equipment through various physical interfaces such as RS232/RS485 serial ports and RJ45 network ports, and industrial communication protocols such as MODBUS, CC-LINK, and S7 protocols. The data acquisition instrument can transmit the collected data via wireless networks, wired networks, and 4G, and provides historical data storage and query functions for later retrieval.
The Smart Reverse Osmosis Data Acquisition Instrument has a built-in precision chemical dosing system and an analysis acquisition system.
The precision chemical dosing system applies real-time control concepts, numerical simulation analysis technology, and dynamic control to dose chemicals on demand, ensuring stable operation of the membrane system, extending the cleaning cycle, significantly reducing operating costs, and achieving sustainable and stable operation with energy saving and consumption reduction.
The analysis acquisition system can directly quantify the changes in temperature, pressure, conductivity, flow rate, and other factors in the reverse osmosis system into standard indicators of water production and desalination rate, thereby providing a real-time and accurate reflection of the actual operating conditions of the reverse osmosis system and giving maintenance and cleaning suggestions and measures.
