I. Product Description
REOKO 832 Polyaluminum Ferric Chloride coagulant is an inorganic polymer coagulant prepared by the coagulation and hydrolysis of aluminum salts and iron salts. Based on the principle of synergistic effect, it is a new type of high-efficiency coagulant produced by compounding polyaluminum chloride with iron element, iron ions, ferric oxide or other iron-containing compounds. It integrates the respective advantages of aluminum salts and iron salts, significantly improves the forms of aluminum ions and iron ions, and greatly enhances the polymerization degree. It takes the favorable characteristics of both aluminum and iron coagulants for air flotation operations, improves the coagulation performance of polyaluminum chloride, and shows particularly remarkable purification effect on high-turbidity water as well as low-temperature and low-turbidity water, without the need for adding alkaline additives or other coagulant aids. This product can be widely and effectively applied in industrial wastewater treatment systems.

II. Performance Characteristics
● Fast hydrolysis rate and weak hydration, forming dense flocs with rapid sedimentation rate. Less affected by water temperature changes, it can meet the shear force requirements generated during the flow process.
● The solid product is brown to reddish-brown powder, which is extremely soluble in water.
● Can effectively remove aluminum ions in raw water and residual free aluminum ions in water after aluminum salt coagulation.
● Wide application range, including domestic drinking water, industrial water, domestic sewage and industrial wastewater treatment, etc.

III. Product Usage
Due to the varying properties of raw water, on-site commissioning or beaker tests should be conducted according to specific conditions to determine the optimal application conditions and dosage for the best treatment effect.
1、Before use, add this product into a dissolution tank at a certain concentration (10–30%), inject tap water and stir to allow full hydrolysis. Let it stand until it turns into a reddish-brown liquid, then dilute it with water to the required concentration for coagulation dosing. Waterworks can also prepare a 2–5% solution for direct dosing, while for industrial wastewater treatment, it can be directly prepared into a 5–10% solution for dosing.
2、The dosage can be determined based on raw water quality through production commissioning or beaker tests, depending on the appropriate formation of flocs. Waterworks can refer to the dosage of other previously used chemicals. Under the same conditions, the dosage of this product is roughly equivalent to that of solid polyaluminum chloride, and 1/3–1/4 of the dosage of solid aluminum sulfate. If liquid chemicals were used originally, the dosage can be determined according to the corresponding chemical concentration calculation, generally at a weight ratio of 1:3.
3、During use, pump the prepared chemical solution into a metering tank, and carry out coagulation with raw water by metered dosing.

IV. Packaging & Storage
It is packaged in 25kg composite plastic woven bags and paper bags or customized packaging according to customer requirements, stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 12 months, and transported as ordinary goods.
