I. Product Description
REOKO 831 Polyferric Sulfate coagulant can be widely and effectively used in process water and wastewater treatment systems of industrial facilities and paper mills. This product is applicable to environmental protection and industrial wastewater treatment, with a usage method basically the same as that in waterworks. For the treatment of raw water with high chroma, high COD and BOD, the effect is excellent when supplemented with additives. It is effective in the treatment processes of drinking water, oil-containing wastewater, secondary clarification, decolorization, oil-containing cooling tower treatment and phosphorus removal.
II. Product Characteristics
● Excellent coagulation performance with dense flocs and fast sedimentation rate; complete sedimentation can be achieved within 5-30 minutes, and the sedimentation speed is even faster with auxiliary sedimentation facilities.
● Superior water purification effect and good effluent quality; even when overdosed 10 times, there is no aqueous phase transfer of iron ions, and the water will not turn yellow.
● Stable performance; after dissolution, it can be stored for a long time without precipitation, deterioration or pipeline blockage.
● Has significant multiple effects such as decolorization, deodorization, dehydration, degreasing, sterilization, removal of heavy metal ions, radioactive substances and carcinogens in water, and has a strong ability to remove COD and BOD.
● Non-toxic, harmless, safe and reliable.
● Adapts to a wide water pH range of 4-11, with the optimal pH value of 6-9; the pH variation range of purified water is small, and it can reduce water hardness.
● Has a unique effect on the purification of micro-polluted, algae-containing, low-temperature and low-turbidity raw water.
● Low corrosivity to pipeline equipment; it can form a protective film to prevent deep corrosion.
III. Product Application
Due to the different properties of raw water, on-site commissioning or beaker tests should be conducted according to different conditions to obtain the optimal usage conditions and optimal dosage for the best treatment effect.
● Before use, add this product into a dissolution tank at a certain concentration (10-30%), inject tap water and stir to fully hydrolyze it. Let it stand until it turns into a reddish-brown liquid, then dilute it with water to the required concentration for coagulation dosing. Waterworks can also prepare a 2-5% solution for direct dosing, while for industrial wastewater treatment, it can be directly prepared into a 5-10% solution for dosing.
● The dosage can be determined based on the raw water quality through production commissioning or beaker tests, depending on the appropriate formation of flocs. Waterworks can refer to the dosage of other previously used chemicals. Under the same conditions, the dosage of this product is roughly equivalent to that of solid polyaluminum chloride, and 1/3 to 1/4 of the dosage of solid aluminum sulfate. If liquid chemicals were used originally, the dosage can be determined according to the corresponding chemical concentration calculation, generally at a weight ratio of 1:3.
● During use, pump the prepared chemical solution into a metering tank, and carry out coagulation with raw water by metered dosing.
● Generally, the solution should be prepared and used on the same day. Tap water is required for solution preparation, and a small amount of sediment is a normal phenomenon.
● For enterprises adopting chemical coagulation method, the original equipment does not need major modification, and only a dissolution tank needs to be added to use this product.
● This product must be dissolved before use, and the dissolution equipment and dosing facilities should be made of corrosion-resistant materials.

IV. Packaging and Storage
It is packaged in 25kg composite plastic woven bags and paper bags or customized packaging according to customer requirements, stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 12 months, and transported as ordinary goods.
