Wastewater Treatment Defoamer REOKO 753

Introduction
I. Product Description
Developed by adopting advanced technologies from overseas companies and addressing common issues in water treatment systems, this product is a polysiloxane-based defoamer. It can rapidly eliminate foams generated by slime, water treatment chemicals, bactericides and other substances. It is widely applicable in water treatment systems of textile printing and dyeing, papermaking, pesticide, petrochemical, power plant and other industries to eliminate foam-related obstacles.
This product features long-lasting defoaming and foam-suppressing performance, low dosage, excellent diffusion and permeability, chemical stability and strong oxidation resistance. It has no physiological activity, corrosiveness, toxicity or adverse side effects; it is non-flammable, non-explosive and high in safety, and will not affect the basic properties of the foaming system.

Appearance: White emulsion
Emulsion Ion Type: Non-ionic
pH Value (Stock Solution): 6~8
Active Substance Content (%): ≥10
Centrifugal Stability (2000r/min, 15min): No delamination or precipitation
Brookfield Viscosity (25℃, No.3 rotor, 75r/min): 800-2000cs
III. Product Application
According to different foaming systems, the general dosage is 0.1-0.3%.
It can be added directly or after being evenly diluted with 1-5 times the volume of water before use, and the applicable temperature is below 100℃.
Layer separation may occur after prolonged storage of the diluted solution, but this will not affect the efficacy; just stir it evenly before use.
Before using this product, customers should carefully read the product manual to understand its scope of application and conduct laboratory tests.

IV. Packaging & Storage
It is packaged in 1000kg IBC totes or customized packaging according to customer requirements, stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 12 months, and transported as ordinary goods.
