I. Product Features
RENATUR cw371 is a water-soluble corrosion inhibitor specifically developed to address the poor solubility of traditional copper corrosion inhibitor TTA (Tolyltriazole). It is miscible with water in any proportion, mainly composed of TTA and solubilizers, and is suitable for use as a corrosion inhibitor in water systems with copper and non-ferrous metal materials.
II. Physical and Chemical Properties
Appearance: Colorless or pale yellow transparent liquid
pH value (1% aqueous solution): 7.0-9.0
Density (g/cm³, 20℃): ＞1.06
Solid content (%): ＞50
III. Product Application
In industrial open-circuit cooling water circulation systems, the recommended dosage concentration of RENATUR cw371 is 2～10ppm. The specific dosage may vary depending on factors such as circulating water quality, make-up water quality, and control requirements.
Initial dosage: Calculate based on the system volume, with a dosage concentration of 5～10ppm for the first commissioning.
Regular periodic dosage: After the system operates stably and meets the required control standards, RENATUR cw371 only needs to be supplemented periodically to the required concentration according to water quality monitoring results and specific control requirements.
For the safety of customers and users during product use, a "Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)" is available. We recommend you request this document from our company or authorized agents as needed, and carefully read and familiarize yourself with all safety precautions before using the product.
IV. Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 1000kg IBC totes or customized packaging according to customer requirements. It should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions, and transported as general goods.
