Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor for High Alkalinity and High Hardness Water RENATUR cw320
RENATUR cw320 is a water-soluble multi-functional water treatment corrosion and scale inhibitor, mainly composed of organic phosphine corrosion and scale inhibitors, polymer dispersants, copper corrosion inhibitors, etc. It is suitable for use as a corrosion and scale inhibitor in specific cooling water systems. As a composite all-organic formula water treatment agent, it exhibits excellent corrosion inhibition effects on carbon steel and copper materials under high-temperature and high-alkalinity conditions, and provides superior scale inhibition and dispersion performance against calcium carbonate scale in water. With excellent thermal stability and low phosphorus content, its discharge will not cause environmental pollution, and it has good compatibility with commonly used bactericides and algaecides.

I. Product Features
RENATUR cw320 is a water-soluble multi-functional water treatment corrosion and scale inhibitor, mainly composed of organic phosphine corrosion and scale inhibitors, polymer dispersants, copper corrosion inhibitors, etc. It is suitable for use as a corrosion and scale inhibitor in specific cooling water systems. As a composite all-organic formula water treatment agent, it exhibits excellent corrosion inhibition effects on carbon steel and copper materials under high-temperature and high-alkalinity conditions, and provides superior scale inhibition and dispersion performance against calcium carbonate scale in water. III. Product Application
In industrial open-circuit cooling water circulation systems, the recommended dosage concentration of RENATUR cw320 is 50～100ppm. The specific dosage may vary depending on factors such as circulating water quality, make-up water quality, and control requirements.
Initial dosage: Calculate based on the system volume, with a dosage concentration of 100～200ppm for the first commissioning.
Daily continuous dosage: After the system operates stably and reaches the required control standards, the daily dosage of RENATUR cw320 should be maintained between 50～100ppm. Adjustments should be made according to water quality monitoring results and control requirements.
For the safety of customers and users during product use, a "Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)" is available. We recommend you request this document from our company or authorized agents as needed, and carefully read and familiarize yourself with all safety precautions before use.
IV. Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 1000kg IBC totes or customized packaging according to customer requirements. It should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions, and transported as general goods.
