Low-Pressure Boiler Oxygen Scavenger REOKO 530
REOKO 530 is a liquid oxygen scavenger that exhibits superior performance compared to conventional sulfite-based oxygen scavengers, featuring fast oxygen-scavenging rate and high efficiency. Its proprietary catalyst significantly enhances the efficacy of the primary oxygen-scavenging components. It removes oxygen from the feedwater and boiler water in low-pressure boiler water systems via chemical reduction reaction, thereby controlling oxygen-induced corrosion to a certain extent.

Introduction
I. Product Features
REOKO 530 is a liquid oxygen scavenger that exhibits superior performance compared to conventional sulfite-based oxygen scavengers, featuring fast oxygen-scavenging rate and high efficiency. Its proprietary catalyst significantly enhances the efficacy of the primary oxygen-scavenging components. It removes oxygen from the feedwater and boiler water in low-pressure boiler water systems via chemical reduction reaction, thereby controlling oxygen-induced corrosion to a certain extent.
II. Physical and Chemical Properties
Appearance: Colorless or pale yellow clear liquid
pH Value (1% aqueous solution): 9.0
Specific Gravity (25℃): 1.10
Freezing Point: 5℃
III. Product Application
The undiluted solution or solution with a concentration below 10% of REOKO 530 oxygen scavenging corrosion inhibitor should be continuously dosed into the deaerator tank, condensate recovery points, and the low-pressure side of the feedwater pump. The selected dosing points are determined by the specific conditions of each system. After being added to the water system, a certain temperature, sufficient residence time and excess oxygen scavenger concentration should be maintained to control the dissolved oxygen concentration within the specified limits.
The dosing concentration of REOKO 530 oxygen scavenger is controlled by testing the feedwater, condensate and/or boiler water. The recommended concentration to be maintained in the feedwater varies depending on specific operating conditions such as operating pressure.

We recommend you request this document from our company or local agents as needed at any time, and thoroughly read and familiarize yourself with all safety precautions for product use before application.
IV. Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 1000kg IBC totes or customized packaging according to customer requirements. It should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions, and transported as general goods.
