Introduction

I. Product Description
RENATUR 561 composite boiler water scale inhibitor is mainly designed for internal scale prevention in medium and low-pressure boilers. It is a compound formulation consisting of phosphates, chelating agents, polymers, defoamers and other functional ingredients. As a concentrated liquid product, it is more cost-effective in dosage and enables easier and accurate dosing via metering pumps, thus delivering superior scale control performance.
The most prominent advantage of RENATUR 561 lies in its multi-component synergy: the phosphate components can precipitate soluble calcium hardness in boiler water; the chelating agents react with feedwater-borne substances that may cause pre-boiler deposits to form soluble compounds; the polymers can prevent the adhesion of suspended solids of any form to boiler internal surfaces and gradually remove existing deposits, resolving the long-standing issue of metal oxide deposition in the system; the defoamers help inhibit boiler water carryover. Therefore, the product maintains excellent performance efficiency over a wide range of operating pressures.

III. Product Application
The undiluted solution or solution with a concentration below 10% of RENATUR 561 scale inhibitor should be continuously dosed into the deaerator, condensate recovery system, or directly into the boiler drum. The selection of dosing points shall be determined based on specific operating conditions.
The dosing rate of RENATUR 561 is controlled by testing the feedwater, condensate and/or boiler water. The recommended concentration to be maintained in the feedwater varies depending on specific operating pressures and installation conditions.

IV. Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 1000kg IBC totes or customized packaging according to customer requirements. It should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 12 months under proper storage conditions, and transported as general goods.
