I. Product Features
1.Suitable for all aromatic polyamide film;
2.At the same time can efficiently remove the film surface oil, organic matter and biological mucous membrane;
3.Contains buffers to inhibit PH changes and keep PH at 10.0-14.0;
4.Liquid agent, can shorten the mixing time;
5.Increase the temperature for better results;
REOKO 935 is a high PH liquid formula that primarily removes sulfate scale, organic matter, colloids, microbial slime and granular matter. It is suitable for aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis membranes, microfiltration (MF), nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF). The excellent cleaning effect can extend the running time of the membrane.

◆ Appearance: colorless to light yellow transparent liquid
◆ PH (1.0% aqueous solution) : 10.0-14.0
◆ Density (@25℃) : 1.15±0.10 g/cm³
◆ Freezing point: -3℃
III. Product Usage
The usual dilution ratio is 2-4% of the volume of the entire cleaning system, which includes the cleaning tank, connecting pipe, filter, pressure vessel, and membrane.
IV. Cleaning Instructions
◇ Check the cleaning water tank and connecting pipes, and clean them with RO through water.
◇ Check and replace the new cleaning filter element.
◇ Use reverse osmosis through water or desalinized water to fill the cleaning tank to the appropriate amount, slowly fill the calculated dosage, use the cleaning pump to circulate the mixing solution, use the heater to heat the mixing solution to the temperature specified by the membrane manufacturer.
◇ Rinse in the direction of water for 30 minutes. The cleaning flow rate should be according to the recommended value of the membrane manufacturer or system supplier.
◇ If contamination is severe, drain the initial reflux (about 15% of the volume of the cleaning tank) to prevent the contamination from reattaching to the membrane surface.
◇ For multi-stage systems, each stage should be cleaned separately for maximum effect. If the cleaning solution becomes cloudy or PH is out of range, this cleaning solution should be drained and reconfigured when cleaning other stages.
◇ It is best to rinse the system with reverse osmosis water before the system is put back into service.
V.Packaging and Storage
REOKO 935 is factory-packed in IBC ton barrels or according to customer requirements, and is transported as non-hazardous general goods. Please store it sealed in a ventilated, light-shielded, and room temperature environment. The shelf life is 36 months.
