Acid cleaning agent, used to remove scale and metal oxidation pollutants produced by alkaline earth metal ions.
I. Product Features
1. Suitable for all aromatic polyamide film and acetic acid film;
2. Remove organic and inorganic pollutants;
3. Remove the membrane surface biological mucosa effect is very good;
4. Diluent PH should be maintained at 2.5±0.5;
5. Liquid reagent, can shorten the mixing time;

REOKO 933 Reverse osmosis Membrane Cleaner is a low PH liquid formulation for the removal of biological and other organic contaminants, calcium carbonate and other scale buildup. It is suitable for aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis membranes, hollow fiber membranes, and nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) membranes. Excellent cleaning results extend the membrane's operating time.
II. Physical and Chemical Indicators

◆ PH (1.0% aqueous solution) : 2.0-4.0
◆ Density (@25℃) : 1.15±0.10 g/cm³
◆ Freezing point: -3℃
III. Product Usage
The usual dilution ratio is 4-7% of the volume of the entire cleaning system, which includes the cleaning tank, connecting piping, filter, pressure vessel, and membrane.
IV. Cleaning Instructions
◇ Check the cleaning tank and connecting pipe, and clean it with RO through water.
◇ Check and replace the new cleaning filter element.
◇ Use reverse osmosis through water or desalinized water to fill the cleaning tank to the appropriate amount, slowly fill the calculated dosage, use the cleaning pump to circulate the mixing solution, use the heater to heat the mixing solution to the temperature specified by the membrane manufacturer.
◇ Rinse in the direction of water for 30 minutes. The cleaning flow rate should be according to the recommended value of the membrane manufacturer or system supplier.
◇ If contamination is severe, drain the initial reflux (about 15% of the volume of the cleaning tank) to prevent the contamination from reattaching to the membrane surface.
◇ For multi-stage systems, each stage should be cleaned separately for maximum effect. If the cleaning solution becomes cloudy or PH is out of range, this cleaning solution should be drained and reconfigured when cleaning other stages.
◇ It is best to rinse with reverse osmosis water before the system is put back into service.
V.Packaging and Storage
REOKO 933 is factory-packed in IBC ton barrels or according to customer requirements, and is transported as non-hazardous general goods. Please store it sealed in a ventilated, light-shielded, and room temperature environment. The shelf life is 36 months.
