I. Product Features
1. Non-oxidizing fungicide, in the low dosage can quickly play a bactericidal effect;

III. Product Usage
REOKO 793 is a broad-spectrum bioinhibitor mainly used in anti-doping systems plagued by biological contamination. The frequency of dosing can be determined after a standardized study of system performance, taking into account the bioactivity of influent, concentrated and produced water. For best results, the system should be chemically cleaned with reverse osmosis special acid and alkali cleaners prior to use of the REOKO 793.
IV. Cleaning Instructions
For the system with serious biological pollution, cleaning in place (CIP) dosing method:
◇ Switch RO to CIP mode;
◇ Add a certain amount of RO production water to the cleaning tank and add REOKO 793 to make its concentration 400ppm;
◇ If the PH of the water is higher than 7.0, it can be reduced by adding citric acid or hydrochloric acid. Prolongs the half-life of REOKO 793;
◇ Cycle 45 minutes; When stopped, rinse the system thoroughly with RO produced water.
For system maintenance sterilization:
Sterilization with fungicide REOKO 793 once a week, the dosage is generally 300-500ppm to prevent the regrowth of microorganisms, the dosage time is 30 minutes or 45 minutes, and then rinse with RO production water for 15 minutes to resume production.
For the treatment of microbial pollution, it takes a certain amount of time, which can be solved from the pretreatment and RO body respectively. The specific plan can consult Yutian environmental protection technical engineer.
V.Packaging and Storage
REOKO 793 is factory-packed in IBC ton barrels or according to customer requirements, and is transported as non-hazardous general goods. Please store it sealed in a ventilated, light-shielded, and room temperature environment. The shelf life is 12 months.
