I. Product Features
1. Non-oxidizing fungicide, rapid and effective bactericidal effect;
2. Suitable for all aromatic polyamide film and acetic acid film;
3. It has a certain peeling effect on the formation of slime by bacteria;
4. Can effectively kill algae, bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms;
5. Fast degradation into relatively non-toxic products, the main way of degradation is to react quickly with various nucleophilic substances or organic substances in water quality;
6. Wide PH range, good biodegradability, no pollution to the environment;
7. Does not contain bivalent metal Cu2+ ions, has a strong protective effect on the system membrane;
8. Suitable for industrial equipment.

III. Product Usage
REOKO 791 is a composite high-efficiency broad-spectrum fungicide synthesized by advanced technology, which is used to control the breeding of microorganisms in the whole process of reverse osmosis system. REOKO 791 not only effectively controls the growth of microorganisms in the acetate membrane and composite membrane in the reverse osmosis system, it also controls the growth of microorganisms in all related equipment, such as water supply tank, multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, ultrafiltration system, pre-filter/tank, pipeline and valve and other interface parts.
IV. Cleaning Instructions
REOKO 791 can be used in the following three ways:
◇ CIP sterilization: REOKO 791 is prepared into a fungicide solution at 1.0%, injected into the system with a cleaning pump, soaked for 60-90 minutes, and then washed with dehydrated water for 15 minutes, more than 99% of the microorganisms will be removed.
Note: Before soaking with REOKO 791, it should be pickled to remove metal hydroxides that may be present on the surface of the membrane. After soaking, an alkali wash is used to remove dead organisms as well as organic residue.
◇ Impact online dosing: Before injecting REOKO 791 into the security filter or ultrafiltration system, when the initial dosing, large dose should be dosing, the dosage is 200-400ppm, until the obvious control effect is achieved, the maintenance dose is 100-200ppm, the impact dosing time is 30-60 minutes/time, the number is determined according to the system pollution. ◇ Continuous dosing: REOKO 791 is continuously injected into the security filter, the amount is 1.0-15.0ppm, to control the growth of bacteria, mainly suitable for projects with more microorganisms.
V.Packaging and Storage
REOKO 791 is factory-packed in IBC ton barrels or according to customer requirements, and is transported as non-hazardous general goods. Please store it sealed in a ventilated, light-shielded, and room temperature environment. The shelf life is 12 months.
