● System Design Water Output
The chemical water workshop system of the Diaobingshan coal gangue power plant has a design output of 4 × 51 t/h. The ultrafiltration design output is 4 × 120 t/h. The first-stage reverse osmosis design output is 4 × 67 t/h, using Dow BW30-365-FR anti-pollution reverse osmosis membrane elements from the United States, arranged in a 10:5 pattern, with 6 membrane elements in each membrane shell, totaling 360 membrane elements in 4 sets. The second-stage reverse osmosis is 4 × 57 t/h, using Dow XLE-440 high-water-yield reverse osmosis membrane elements from the United States, arranged in a 5:2 pattern, with 6 membrane elements in each membrane shell, totaling 168 membrane elements. The EDI design output is 4 × 51 t/h
