The project was officially commissioned in 2009, with sewage as the raw water source, and primarily employs a treatment process consisting of ultrafiltration, first-stage reverse osmosis, second-stage reverse osmosis, and EDI.
● System-designed water production
The chemical water treatment workshop at the Diaobingshan Coal Gangue Power Plant is designed with a system capacity of 4 × 51 t/h. The ultrafiltration unit is designed for a capacity of 4 × 120 t/h. The first-stage reverse osmosis system is designed for a capacity of 4 × 67 t/h, utilizing Dow BW30-365-FR antifouling reverse osmosis membrane elements from the United States, arranged in a 10:5 configuration, with 6 membrane elements per pressure vessel, for a total of 360 membrane elements across four sets. The second-stage reverse osmosis system has a capacity of 4 × 57 t/h, employing Dow XLE-440 high-flux reverse osmosis membrane elements from the United States, arranged in a 5:2 configuration, with 6 membrane elements per pressure vessel, for a total of 168 membrane elements. The EDI system is designed for a capacity of 4 × 51 t/h.
