Introduction
The RO-6 offline membrane cleaning machine is a reverse osmosis membrane offline cleaning machine, a quick-disconnect membrane cleaning machine, or a reverse osmosis membrane cleaning machine, used for offline cleaning of RO membranes. Proper use can extend membrane lifespan and reduce production costs. The RO-6 model can simultaneously clean 6 eight-inch membranes offline.
Reverse osmosis membrane fouling is a major factor affecting the operating efficiency and lifespan of reverse osmosis systems. RO membrane element lifespan is around 2-3 years, with a change in water desalination rate of no more than 5%. Online cleaning lacks effectiveness on membranes in different locations. Large system membrane shell containers usually contain more than one membrane element; therefore, online cleaning cannot provide the necessary high-flow cleaning circulating water and single-unit detection data support, leading to incomplete cleaning, unsatisfactory results, or rework.

Prerequisites for RO Membrane Offline Cleaning:
1. Water production volume decreases by 10-15% under standardized conditions;
2. System pressure difference between feed water and concentrate water increases to 1.5 times the initial value;
3. Water quality of product water significantly deteriorates;
If the above situations occur, online system rinsing cannot restore the performance of the reverse osmosis membrane, necessitating offline chemical cleaning.
4. The frequency of chemical cleaning can refer to the above standards. Even without any anomalies, to better ensure normal system operation, it is generally recommended to perform chemical cleaning once every 6 months.
5. Regularly cleaning RO membranes effectively increases system water production and extends membrane lifespan.
