PetroChina Company Limited Jinzhou Petrochemical Project

Xinghai Company, Jinzhou Petrochemical Branch
The project was officially commissioned in 2021, with groundwater as the raw water source and employing a treatment process primarily consisting of multi-media filtration, reverse osmosis, and sodium ion exchange.
● System design production capacity: 90 t/h
Jinzhou Petrochemical Branch Power Integrated Workshop 1
The project was officially commissioned in 2024, with raw water sourced from surface water and recycled condensate from the steam turbine unit. The treatment process primarily comprises “pre-treatment + first-stage reverse osmosis + second-stage reverse osmosis + concentrate reverse osmosis + mixed-bed ion exchange.”
● System design water production capacity 500t/h
Jinzhou Petrochemical Branch Company, Power Combined Workshop 2
The project was officially commissioned in 2024, with raw water sourced from the Jinzhou Water Supply, Xinzhuangzi Water Supply, steam turbine recovery water, steam turbine condensate, drain water, oil-removed condensate, and recycled wastewater. The primary treatment process employs a sequence of “dual-chamber activated carbon filters + dual-chamber multimedia filters + first-stage reverse osmosis + second-stage reverse osmosis + concentrate reverse osmosis + mixed-bed ion exchange.”
