A leading petrochemical enterprise
Since 2021, Yutian Environmental Protection has been providing operation and maintenance services for a leading petrochemical enterprise. Introduction
Reverse Osmosis System for Reuse of Refinery Wastewater
The project was officially commissioned in 2021, with sewage as the raw water source. The primary treatment process comprises biochemical treatment, a secondary sedimentation tank, an air flotation tank, an ozone contact tank, a biological filter, ultrafiltration, first-stage reverse osmosis, and concentrate reverse osmosis.
● System-designed water production capacity
Reverse osmosis water production capacity: 3 × 200 m 3 /h, 5 × 228 m 3 /h, single-set arrangement: 29:16 / 33:18
Concentrate-to-product water ratio: 3 × 180 m 3 /h, single-set arrangement 34:20
Refining and Petrochemical Grade I Demineralized Water Project
The project was officially commissioned in 2024, with demineralized water as the feedwater and employing a treatment process primarily consisting of “plate-and-frame filter + UF + RO.”
● System-designed water production capacity
Reverse osmosis water production capacity: 10 × 208 m 3 /h, single-set arrangement 28:14
High recovery water production capacity: 5 × 84 m 3 /h, single-set arrangement 15:6
New Materials Wastewater Treatment Plant Reclaimed Water System
The project was officially commissioned in 2023, with sewage as the raw water source. The primary treatment process employed is “A/O + secondary sedimentation tank + high-density clarifier + ozone oxidation + biological filter + V-shaped filter + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis.”

Water production capacity: 6 × 130 m 3 /h, single-set arrangement ratio 26:13
