Yutian Environmental Protection has provided chemical agents and maintenance services to Ansteel since 2006. From 2008 to 2018, it undertook the Xidagou desalination water system project for Ansteel's energy control, accumulating nearly 20 years of service experience at Ansteel.

Introduction
Ansteel Iron and Steel Works
The project officially went into production in 2006. The raw water is surface water, mainly using the "ultrafiltration + 1st stage reverse osmosis + 2nd stage reverse osmosis" treatment process.
● System Design Water Output 3×15t/h
Ansteel Steelmaking Plant
The project officially went into production in 2013. The raw water is demineralized water, mainly using the "ultrafiltration + 1st stage reverse osmosis + EDI" treatment process.
● System Design Water Output 3×50t/h
Ansteel Cold Rolled Silicon Steel
The project officially went into production in 2013. The raw water is surface water, mainly using the "fiber filter + activated carbon + 1st stage reverse osmosis + 2nd stage reverse osmosis" treatment process.
● System Design Water Output 1×35t/h
Ansteel Energy Control Xidagou
The project officially went into production in 2008. The raw water is wastewater, mainly using the "production wastewater + V-shaped filter pool + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis" treatment process.
● System Design Water Output
The designed water output is 8×168t/h, using BW30-365FR reverse osmosis membrane elements from Dow Chemical Company in the US; a single set is designed with 42 membrane shells arranged 28:14, each membrane shell equipped with 7 membrane elements, a total of 294 membrane elements;
Ansteel Energy Control Beidagou
The project officially went into production in 2019. The raw water is wastewater, mainly using the "production wastewater + V-shaped filter pool + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis" treatment process.
