From 2008 to 2018, the company undertook the desalinated water system project for the Xidagou Energy Management System of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., accumulating nearly 20 years of service experience at Angang.

Introduction

Angang Steel Co., Ltd. Ironmaking Plant

The project was officially commissioned in 2006, with surface water as the raw water source, and primarily employs a treatment process consisting of ultrafiltration followed by first-stage reverse osmosis and second-stage reverse osmosis.

System design water production capacity 3 × 15 t/h

 

Angang Steel Co., Ltd. Steelmaking Plant

The project was officially commissioned in 2013, with feedwater consisting of Grade 1 demineralized water and employing a treatment process primarily comprising ultrafiltration, single-stage reverse osmosis, and electrodialysis (EDI).

System design water production capacity 3 × 50 t/h

 

Angang Steel Co., Ltd. Cold-Rolled Silicon Steel

The project was officially commissioned in 2013, with surface water as the raw water source, and primarily employs a treatment process consisting of fiber filters, activated carbon, first-stage reverse osmosis, and second-stage reverse osmosis.

Ansteel Shares Energy Management, Xidagou

The project was officially commissioned in 2008, with sewage as the raw water source, and primarily employs a treatment process consisting of “production wastewater + V-shaped filter beds + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis.”

System-designed water production
The design permeate capacity is 8 × 168 t/h, utilizing Dow BW30-365FR reverse osmosis membrane elements manufactured in the United States. Each unit is designed with 42 membrane housings arranged in a 28:14 configuration, with 7 membrane elements installed in each housing, for a total of 294 membrane elements.

 

Angang Steel Co., Ltd. Energy Management, Beidagou

The project was officially commissioned in 2019, with sewage as the raw water source, and primarily employs a treatment process consisting of “production wastewater + V-shaped filter beds + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis.”

System design water production capacity 5 × 200 t/h
